The inflatable screens have made it easy to set up just about anywhere and fast. Events can be run in your park, the downtown square, parking lots, on the street, in a field, golf courses and just about anywhere!

There are 1,000ʼs of films to show at your event. Generally if it is available on DVD you can run it at your show. OAP will assist you in getting a performance license for the film you choose. A film license is required if the event is open to the public. Films are typically on DVD but we can run VHS, streaming and more. OAP will help you choose the best film for your event.

Depending on what screen size your choose will depend on the amount of space OAP needs. Contact us for a footprint of our equipment.

Dusk. Projection can only run once the sun goes down for optimal picture quality. In June-July films start time 9pm, and August 8:30pm start times.

With any outdoor events the weather can ruin the scheduled event. OAP is the only outdoor movie company that has a weather guarantee. You can choose a back up location or reschedule the event. There are only additional fees if we have begun to travel to the event. (check out our Policy )

OAP carries its own liability for $5 million required by most cities, towns and municipalities. This is only for our crew and the equipment. It is recommended that you get general liability insurance for your events.

According to the Canadian Copyright Act, all public, private and commercial organizations wanting to present copyrighted films must be properly licensed with a rights organization. OAP will assist you will the films licensing if it is necessary at your event. Contact us for more info.
